During the last three months we have been experiencing a very steady flow of interesting and attractive vacancies for our candidates. There is a subtle but definite new confidence in the market and whilst we can never take anything for granted we are hopeful for a strong start in 2012. At recent networking events I have heard a lot of talk of a threatened double dip but at the Dublin Chamber Annual dinner there was some great advice given out to the audience.
Nothing we do not know already but quite simply the advice was work hard and accelerate in all you do. A number of our key Clients are experiencing growth and are creating new jobs which is all fantastic news for Ireland. There is a huge demand in all areas within Finance, Accounting and Insurance both permanent and temporary. Multilingual Finance candidates interested in temporary assignments are highly sought after.
There is no room for complacency and we are being extremely diligent in our approach in all we do. Our dedication and determination to ensure we look after each assignment and candidate is unwavering and absolutely is the key to our success. I believe that apart from the delight across our team that business has picked up and is remaining consistent, a highlight of 2011 will definitely be how proud we are of how many people we have helped bring back into the work force.
Each person has been treated as unique in their own right and we have worked extremely hard to ensure they have been given the very best of guidance and advice and opportunity to get back into work. One can never take for granted the effect that unemployment has on a person and to be able to help candidates and offer them new jobs has been immensely satisfying.
