Last Thursday February 3rd 2011, Cpl ran a very successful event in the cool venue of the Paccar Theatre in the Science Gallery.  132 people from the HR and Recruitment industry attended the event. They were brought the basic skills and know-how of “social recruiting”, through to some newer ideas and ways of sourcing talent.  We have attached a link to the slides.

As part of the Cpl group we are co-hosting an event for HR/Recruitment professionals. 

What is it: This is a talk designed to take you on a journey around Social Media in Recruitment and how this will help you source and attract candidates using the media of: Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Blogs and more.

Who should attend: This is an event targeted at Corporate Recruiters and HR professionals with a recruitment remit who would like to find out more about recruiting using social media, but not for those who already have advanced knowledge of social media networking.

Details: The talk will last for 50 minutes followed by a Q&A, you are then invited to join us for a drink and some networking with your HR/Recruitment peers. You will also get the opportunity to look around the Science Gallery.
