Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for a number of bank officials to join their team. If you have previous experience in customer facing or telephone based role, these could be an ideal opportunity for you.
Duties & Responsibilites
* Deal with customers financial situations, seeking resolutions, presenting options and achieving closure.
*Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
* Monitor and control the organisations debt portfolio while applying the current standards of debt management.
* Carry out general operational duties within the unit in a timely and efficient manner.
Skills & Experience
* QFA diploma or part QFA qualified.
* Previous customer facing or phone based experience within a banking environment.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
These positions are 2 year contracts and salary will range from €24,000 - €30,000 DOE
