Do you have previous banking experience in a collections environment? And within a customer service environment? Are you looking for a new challenge and to further your career?
We are currently recruiting for a number of Clients across the Financial Services & Banking Industry and are keen to speak to potential candidates.
You will need to have experience:
Handling all inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Deal with customers financial situations, seeking resolutions, presenting options and achieving closure.
Providing realistic solutions to customers to ensure arrears are kept to a minimum.
Monitor and control the organisations debt portfolio while applying the current standards of debt management.
Ensuring customer information is accurate and timely.
Deal with customers financial situations, seeking resolutions, presenting options and achieving closure.
Skills & Experience
Previous collections experience is a requirement
Fully or part QFA qualified or Certificate in Mortgage Practice or QFA Loans and Regulation required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Previous phone based banking experience is highly desirable.
