Description:
Our client, a leading financial services provider has a number of vacancies for experienced collections agents to join their team. You will ideally have previous phone based banking experience and will be actively working towards the QFA qualification.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Handling all inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
* Providing realistic solutions to customers to ensure arrears are kept to a minimum.
* Ensuring customer information is accurate and timely.
* Liaising with senior members of staff on complex queries and cases.
Skills & Experience
* Previous collections experience is a must
* QFA , Certificate in Mortgage Practice or QFA Loans and Regulation are a must.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are required.
* Previous phone based banking experience is highly desirable.
* You must be target focused and with strong team work skills.
12 month contract
Salary up to €30k
