Collections Manager - consumer level

Collections Manager

Exciting opportunity with a new company to the Irish Market.

As collections manager you will be responsible for the performance and development of the UK portfolio.

Coaching and motivating the team to meet set targets
Conduct 1 to 1's and set performance objectives
Measure team performance weekly and monthly
Negotiate and tailor payment plans to ensure debt is recovered on a high level
Handle escalated calls and complaints

You will have a proven track record in people management and achieving targets

Collections experience at consumer level ideally - credit cards, utilities, sky etc

Knowledge of OFT guidelines is desirable
