Our client, a leading financial services provider has a current recquirement for a Customer Service Agent to join their team. You will have previous banking experience, ideally in a telephone based role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the following areas:
Duties & Responsibilities
* Handling incoming calls efficiently and within agreed service level agreements
* Ensuring all customer queries are handled with care
* Liaising with other areas of the business to ensure resolution of queries
* Providing superior customer service at all times
Skills & Experience required
* 1-2 years previous banking experience ideally in a phone based role
* QFA or working towards QFA would be looked upon favourably
* Ability to work well under pressure and to targets and deadlines
* A strong team player
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrates strong problem solving and decision making skills
* Strong product and market knowledge
11 month contract
Salary €21,000-€25,000
