Our client, a leading financial services institution is looking for an experienced Lending Manager to join their team. If you have extensive banking experience with an in-depth understanding of credit, lending and restructuring this could be an ideal permanent role for you.
Duties & Responsibililites
* Day to day management of a portfolio of customers while representing the bank in a professional manner at all times.
* Ensuring compliance with the various codes of conduct.
* Ensuring arrears cases are kept to a minimum.
* Ensuring client reviews are carried out and completed within the agreed timeframes and all customer information held is accurate and timely.
* Provide superior customer service at all times.
* Assisting and advising customers financially, ensuring they can make informed and relevant decisions.
Skills & Experience
* Extensive banking experience - ideally 4 years plus in a similar role.
* Portfolio/Relationship Management Experience
* Credit and decision making skills must be evident.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to identify early risk cases and prevent them from moving any further.
* A strong team player
Candidates must have the
QFA Diploma to be considered for the role.
