I am currently recruiting a variety of roles for a number of different clients, across the arrears space. If you have previous retail banking experience, ideally at a more senior level with exposure to the arrears area, this could be an ideal opportunity for you to further your career. You will ideally have the QFA diploma or at least be working towards it and will have a solid understanding for the banking and financial services industry in Ireland.
Duties & Repsonsibilities
* Effectively manage a portfolio of arrears customers to drive repayment arrangements and loan restructures
* Analysing customers' income and expenditure in order to put effective budget plans in place
* Maintaining and developing relationships with third parties such as MABS
* General administration and other ad hoc duties
Skills & Experience
* Excellent financial services and banking knowledge
* 2-3 years experience in a banking environment
* A strong understanding of the credit and lending area
* Understanding of MARP codes and MABS
* Strong negotiation, interpersonal and relationship building skills
Permanent and contract positions
Salaries range from €30k - €50k depending on experience and the role
