Dave Riordan - Senior Consultant:
Dave specialises in recruitment for accountancy practices. He completed his training as an ACA in a small/medium sized Chartered Accountancy firm and was an Audit Senior in a Top 15 practice in Dublin. He joined Careers Register in 2008 and has built strong relationships with a variety of practices from sole practitioners to each of the Big 4 practices. Dave’s background includes a B.Comm and a B.Sc in Business and I.T. He sat his ACA FAE’s in 2008.

Ide Tierney - Senior Consultant:
Íde Tierney, is a Senior Consultant in the Accountancy division at Careers Register, part of the CPL plc. Having worked for over 10 years with leading Banks in Ireland and internationally, she has worked in Retail, Business and Asset Finance. Ide holds Joint Financial Service Diploma, is QFA qualified and holds many of the Institute of Bankers exams. Upon returning to Ireland she went on to specialise in Financial recruitment. Íde recruits for a variety of organizations at the Qualified Accountant level.

Shaun Brown - Recruitment Consultant:
Shaun Brown is a Consultant in the Accountancy & Finance division of Careers Register, part of the CPL plc. Shaun has a BA in Business Finance from the University of Durham, and is a part qualified accountant (CIMA). Previous to working for Careers, Shaun worked for Accenture in a management accounting capacity. Shaun specialises in Part- Qualified accountancy roles.

Sonya Dick - Senior Consultant:
Sonya Dick is a Senior Consultant in the Accountancy division at Careers Register. Sonya graduated with a degree in European Studies from the University of Limerick, followed by an MA in Hispanic Studies from University College Cork. Sonya began her career in recruitment in 2004 and joined Careers Register in September 2007 following some months traveling the world. She recruits mainly for the larger Shared Service Centres, specializing in accountancy roles at Qualified level.

Paul McClatchie - Manager:
Paul McClatchie is a Manager in the Accountancy division of Careers Register, part of the CPL plc. With over 7 years experience in the industry in both Dublin and Sydney, Paul recruits for a variety of organisations at a Senior Qualified Accountant level. His team deals with Accounting & Finance roles from accounting clerk level to Financial Director/CFO. Paul's background includes a Bachelor of Business Studies and he is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).

Isla O'Dowd - Senior Consultant:
Isla is a Senior Consultant in the Accountancy division at Careers Register. Isla holds a certificate in International Teleservices and Languages and is a graduate of the University of Limerick, where she received an Honours degree in Business Studies and French. Isla began her career in recruitment in 2004 and has previously recruited finance professionals in both London and Sydney for an international recruitment firm. Isla is an experienced recruiter of temporary/contract finance staff and has also previously specialized in Sarbanes Oxley, Internal Audit and Risk Management positions. Isla’s portfolio has focused mainly on global blue-chip clients (FMCG, Marketing, Property) and she has experience working on retained, exclusive positions. On returning to Ireland, she joined Careers Register in 2009 to focus purely on the temporary/contract market, specializing at the qualified level.
