Paul McClatchie - Manager:
Paul manages Careers Register, part of the CPL plc following over 10 years experience in the industry in both Dublin and Sydney. Having built a strong reputation in the Accountancy & Finance Sector, Paul currently recruits for roles at an Executive Level in Commerce, Banking and General Management. With a number of significant Executive Appointments in 2010, Paul regularly works with Blue Chip organisations in sourcing ‘hard to find’ profiles. Paul's background includes a Bachelor of Business Studies and he is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).

Sonya Dick - Senior Consultant:
Sonya Dick is a Senior Consultant in the Accountancy division at Careers Register. Sonya graduated with a degree in European Studies from the University of Limerick, followed by an MA in Hispanic Studies from University College Cork. Sonya began her career in recruitment in 2004 and joined Careers Register in September 2007 following some months traveling the world. She recruits mainly for the larger Shared Service Centres, specializing in accountancy roles at Qualified level.

Orla Hogan - Recruitment Consultant:
Orla Hogan is a Recruitment Consultant in the Accountancy & Finance division of Careers Register, part of the Cpl Group. Orla has a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick where she specialised in Human Resource Management and is a member of CIPD. Previously Orla worked in Retail and HR, she now recruits for a variety of sectors in Careers Register, specialising in Multilingual Accountancy roles.

Shaun Brown - Recruitment Consultant:
Shaun Brown is a Consultant in the Accountancy & Finance division of Careers Register, part of the CPL plc. Shaun has a BA in Business Finance from the University of Durham, and is a part qualified accountant (CIMA). Previous to working for Careers, Shaun worked for Accenture in a management accounting capacity. Shaun specialises in Part- Qualified accountancy roles.

Dave Riordan(ACA) - Senior Consultant:
Dave specialises in recruiting for Accountancy Practices, Audit, Tax, Corporate Recovery and Legal positions. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant and trained in a medium sized firm before becoming an Audit Senior in a Top 15 practice in Dublin. He has been a Senior Financial Recruitment Consultant with Careers Register and CPL for over 2 years and has built strong client relationships with practices, institutes and industry clients. Dave’s background also includes a B.Comm and a B.Sc in Business and I.T.

Erica Skelly - Principal Consultant:
Erica graduated with first class honours in Marketing and Business in 2000 and began her career as a Marketing Executive with Ford before entering the Financial Services sector in 2001. She gained experience with both State Street International and Invesco Global Investments before bringing her expertise to the recruitment sector. Erica joined Careers Register in 2005 and specialises in all areas of funds, financial services and senior banking roles .Erica was responsible for the project management and delivery team for over 550 placements into our key banking client base over a three year period 2005 -2008 and manages some of our key accounts across funds and financial services.

Aileen Kenny - Senior Consultant:
Aileen Kenny is a Senior Consultant in the Banking and Finance division of Careers Register, part of the Cpl Group. Aileen holds a Certificate in Computer Science and is part QFA qualified. She has four years experience recruiting in the Banking and Financial Services industry both in Ireland and Australia. Aileen specialises in all areas of banking and finance and has a superb track record in delivering a solution to her clients and candidates.

Ide Tierney - Principal Consultant:
Íde Tierney, is a Principal Consultant in the Accountancy division at Careers Register, part of the CPL plc. Having worked for over 10 years with leading Banks in Ireland and internationally, she has worked in Retail, Business and Asset Finance. Ide holds Joint Financial Service Diploma, is QFA qualified and holds many of the Institute of Bankers exams. Upon returning to Ireland she went on to specialise in Financial recruitment. Íde recruits for a variety of organizations at the Qualified Accountant level.

Elaine Jones - Recruitment Consultant:
Elaine Jones, is a recruitment consultant in the accountancy and finance division at careers register. Having worked as a Tax accountant for over 5 years, initially in practice then moving into industry, Elaine has worked for many leading companies including Friends First and Google. Elaine has a BBS from Trinity College and a Masters in International Business with Finance from Smurfit College UCD - as well as her professional accountancy and tax exams. Currently Elaine recruits part qualified/qualified accountants and various junior to mid level appointments within the Insurance area.

Aine Byrne - Office Manager:
Áine Byrne brings a range of experience to Careers Register and Cpl Group from family business to the branding, design and marketing sector. Áine is a graduate from NCAD with a B.Des in Vis. Communication and is due to complete an M.Sc in Technology & Learning in Trinity College next year. As Office Manager she is responsible for managing day-to-day operation, advertising, and marketing to facilities for Careers Register and Cpl Office Support; she also covers the reception of Cpl’s Healthcare and Medical divisions.
